To just stop.
Stop wondering, questioning, thinking, strategizing, forcing, willing something to be.
Just stop everything.
Take a deep breath.
Yeah, let’s do that again.
Another inhale.
and let it all out.
Out of your mind, your belly, your mouth, let out all that air.
Now return to your breath.

This entire year is approaching an end and I feel it best to recap, reflect and review some highlights.

To make radical changes that stir your destiny, push you through thresholds and leap towards moments of your own creating.
Remember, it doesn’t mean that you give up everything that you use to know, to move across oceans or land to find your change.
It could be tiny little leaps towards self acceptance, permission to show up as you are, where you are and to trust in someone or something.
Change is happening every moment, of every day and either you catch it on a big gust of wind or feel it with every tiny rain drop.
May this change that stirs you, guide you to living new stories that inspire the world around you.
